Shipping Policy

American Doormats works effortlessly to make sure your orders reach safely and quickly. Local deliveries are carried by either our own fleet or third party delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL who ensure best service possible. Check out the shipping charges below:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimate 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping is currently FREE on all items within The United States

Shipment Processing Time

The delivery is available in all regions of the United States. It usually takes 1- 2 days to process your order and  3-5 working days to deliver the order at your door. Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email support@americandoormats.com and provide your name, order number and date of order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Our Website American Doormats  ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Update this section if you do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Using FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL.

 

International Shipping

For orders outside of the United States, the import taxes, customs duties, and fees will be levied separately, depending upon the destination country. We cannot be sure of the charges at the time of purchase, as the custom policies vary from country to country. It will be charged once the order reaches the receiver’s country. Kindly consult your local customs office for further information. American Doormats will not be held responsible for any issue that may arise.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days for the United States, Other countries can take up to 7 to 22 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status; we're happy to help.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damages

My Website https://americandoormats.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
